As you can see we have redone our website. We have included some changes to our pages which include adding a Prayer Support Page and combining our Concert, Music aand Press pages into one. One thing that we enjoy is not only ministering to families, but ministering as a family. Our five children are a large part of everything that we do and they have asked for a page on the website to share their ideas and interests and to reach out to kids their age also. We are excited for the opportunity to go to the Teen Challenge Center in Priddis every month. We take a day off of work and do their chapel service the second Wednesday of every month. Beginning in New York by David Wilkerson many years ago, this ministry is one that is truely making a difference in the lives of young men here in Canada. March 29 Man do I ever hate being sick. I am sitting here at the computer, having spent the past 8 days sick with influenza. Now this isn't the stomach flu, but the real thing. The fever has been gone for the last four days, but everytime I try and do something I get weak and nauseous. Laureen says that I should try having a baby - this would be my friend for alot longer. But I'm a guy and you are supposed to feel sorry for me ... so stay with me. I guess the worst part is that I have a list of things to do that is longer than my leg and I already lost the long weekend ... Yeah I know get over it already!
So we are being forced to slow down. Working on new songs in the past months has been alot of fun. I have the privilege of being a part of a songwriting circle in Lethbridge that has really been an eyeopener and encouragement from likeminded people. We really feal that the Lord wants us to focus on getting out of debt so that we can hit the road in the fall when the CD is done. This music thing has really taken on a larger picture in the past year. On our Record Label, we are booking a National Tour for Matt Brouwer this summer and are looking at working with a couple of other artists that youall would recognize on the radio. Feb 9 Hello everyone. As I am sitting in my office, I have missed the second day of work in a row because of bad weather. Though the snow has stopped, is is still -27 degrees and with the wind it is about -35. But at least it has warmed up from yesterday. This is the second cold snap we have had since Christmas and I think we are all ready for spring. This has also made it very difficult to take time off of work to go up north because we are so far behind at work . (I am a siding contractor in my day job) But the Lord will provide a time that we are able to go north.
We are also in the middle of recording our second CD project and will take a couple of more months. We continue to minister in our local area traveling to Calgary to minister with New Life Valley Ministries as well as Teen Challenge once a month. Pray for us as we work on our new songs and plan for the summer God bless you all

Why the North ?
This is a question that we have been asked alot since we returned from our trip to the Northwest Territories. All we can say is that God wants us to return. There is so much need and so much opportunity to minister and serve not only the people, but the pastors and lay leaders as well. We as churches are so quick to send our ministry teams to Mexico or other traditional missions destination while our own North remains neglected. How can we pray for revival within our own churches, within Canada when we don't reach out to the First Nations and others that live in remote locations.
We are planning to return to the North next summer and we need your help. We are looking for prayer partners to commit to pray for our team as we minister in music, the Word and help with kids programs and general building improvements at the Native Missions. We are in need of a large motor home or bus to use for the summer. So if you have one that you loan to us, donate to us (tax receipt is available) or sell at a reasonable price, please contact us.

I'm awed by the power and majesty of God, his grace, our callings,
Isaiah 6:5
" Woe to me!" I cried," I am ruined! For I am a man of unclean lips, and I live among a people of unclean lips, and my eyes have seen the King, the Lord Almighty."
I think all of us can identify with Isaiah when somewhere, sometime in each of our lives there's been a stronghold in lives, the passage goes on to say how a seraph flew down with a live coal in his hand which he had taken with tongs from the altar, he touched Isaiah's mouth and tells him his sins were atoned for. Then the Lord asks who shall he send, and Isaiah says," here am I !".
I too have had strongholds in my life, for me personally the breaking wasn't from a perfectly worded prayer, an exact formula of words,being hyped, feeling victorious , but the breaking came by being in the word, seeking God totally with every ounce of my being, constant prayer, and being in battle. His amazing Grace is undescribable. Yes, too my unclean lips have been touched by coals.
Thankyou Jesus for dying on the cross for all of us, forgiving us, and for your Holy Spirit who chastises, loves,and works in our lives. Amen

God created passion, he Is passion, He Is the I am. passion is a brook which bubbles over sand, pebbles, rocks, winding around boulders, winding around and around , twisting, turning, going where He wills. Flowing, gathering, growing, swirling , continuing around rocks down the hills, down over the falls, flowing over flatlands, sifting through the swamps, going where He wills. Every drop is energy! We worship almighty God!!!!
Often when i look at people i feel like yelling, hollering, jumping up and down, screaming DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH HE LOVES YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH GOD CARES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DO YOU KNOW HE HAS A PURPOSE FOR YOUR LIFE????!!!
its soooo true!!! God does love us, he does care, he does have a purpose in our lives, we only have to accept him, believe on Jesus who takes us by the hand and leads us to God. Stand up! are we willing to stand up and take a stand!! when we accept him guess what?????Thats only the beginning!!
Thats the beginning, this is only the start, We Will get challenged, We Will get tested, We Will stumble, We Will get scraped knees, but guess what,
We Will get up, We Will continue, We Will worship when everything is great, We Will worship when everything seems to go wrong, We Will worship. We Will get hurt, We Will get spit on, We Will get punched and knocked around, We Will get back up and We Will cry out to God Almighty. Its all about Him!!!!
Lets remember not to get sidetracked by a spirit of dissention, lets not allow a spirit called issues to gain access , issues will devour, destroy, humilate, rip apart, tear down, belittle, manipulate, shatter, slaughter, violate, slander, gossip, even masquerading pretending to come from something or someone claiming Jesus. Whether showing through outright violence or showing through a grudge its job is still to divide. Lets Stand as the body of Christ, lets choose to not get diverted from the plans, and purposes of God!! Lets go out into the world and make disciples of Jesus.
As a band member when we arrive somewhere, our prayers are immediately Lord who, where, how, when, We go into parks, malls, parking lots, homes, start building friendships, start building trust, relying totally on the Holy Spirit, how can we connect people to people, how can we connect people to disciples of Jesus who will make Disciples of Jesus. Does someone need dishes washed? do they need a car fixed? a roof roofed? do they need someone to just sit with them? do they need someone to go fishing with them? do they need toilets scrubbed?do they need to vent out energy and have that energy redirected?? Do they need a mediator? do they need a peacekeeper? Lord Jesus what can we do to be your servants???Do you want us to meet and build up an individual musician, do you want us to meet and encourage an entire music dept, Jesus what, who, where, how, when,??????
Karina Lange's prayer at a worship concert speaks everything in my heart; Its all about you Jesus, Its all about you Jesus, we want to know you, we want to understand you, we want to hear your voice,we want to worship you in everything . Jesus we want your vision, Jesus we want to see people how you see them, Jesus its all about you, we want to stand up and take a stand for you Jesus. Thankyou Jesus for everything .

"The Anointing"
The anointing is guarded by the trials and testing that we go through. Everyone wants the anointing and rightly so. But there is a price to pay and a discipline to be learned before we experience the anointing. It does not come automatically because we ask Jesus into our hearts as some think. Remember the 'Boot Camp' Jesus was lead into the wilderness by the Spirit before He started His ministry. Why? He was the Son of God? He was the Word of God? (John 1:1) And yet it was the Spirit of God who lead Him into His wilderness experience.
So it is with us who love the Lord with all our hearts and hunger after His presence. The Spirit of God leads us into our very own wilderness experience. Here we earn the right to experience the anointing. Because it is here we ultimately decide to continue to walk with our Lord in spite of what happens around us. It is here that we decide to obey the voice of God and no other. It is here we recognize the voice of God. The anointing does not come until we can be trusted with it. And then it will continue to be guarded by more testings. Yes, the Word of God is anointed. But the Word and Jesus are the same. And He lives in our hearts. So what is the anointing? There is no anointing when Scriptures come form our intellect. There is no anointing when pride is in our hearts. Pride is when we feel we have to declare that we are anointed or that we are a prophet. That is pride. That is of the flesh and not of the Spirit. The anointing is full of humility, love, encouragement, acceptance. The anointing is full of the fruits of the Spirit. I believe we mistake the presence of God with the anointing. The anointing is what God gives to people when they desire to reach the lost of the world. His presence is to prove who He is to people. So guard your heart as the Scriptures say. Be careful what you see, be careful what you hear and most of all be careful who you trust to speak into your life. Not all who say 'I know God' are of God!
